Chow Down with Chowgirls

I recently attended an event sponsored by The Knot in which the food was catered by Chowgirls. May I just say that I was not disappointed. There were only hors d'œuvres and light desserts, but that was enough to excite my taste buds. I could definitely have a few more Rumaki , Chinese Chicken Dumplings, and Fennel Maple and Bacon Tartlets. Also the staff was extremely accommodating to some specific requests of our party.

If you haven't tried the Minnesota Bride "Best Caterer (under 100 guests)" award for 2009, I would email for a tasting. They are brilliant.

The food is fresh and fantastic. They are highly recommended

Red Ribbon Studios: Brilliant Love

I am pretty much obsessed with Martha Stewart Weddings. I pick up a copy of the magazine every time I see a new issue out. I found one at Blockbuster and the cashier asked if I was getting married. I blushed, and showed her my ring. I told her that I'm a wedding planner and that this magazine was my favorite.

In a previous issue, a Minneapolis couple was featured. Their photos were shot by Red Ribbon Studio. My favorite pictures were shot in front of a wall mural. The play on colors with the neutrally dressed bridal party was brilliant. I love this wedding.
